A new music and movement class for adults using the Dalcroze Eurhythmics method of teaching. Explore the elements of music though movement and improve your understanding of music and also improve concentration, balance and co-ordination whilst being creative. There is also a focus on group work and Dalcroze classes are always great fun!

Participants will need to wear comfortable loose clothing and be prepared to move. Participants usually do the class in bear feet but jazz shoes are an acceptable alternative. Trainers are not suitable.
