Organise and attend viewings for all prospective tenants. Complete admin relating to the relet procedure in accordance with policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records and database information for all aspects of the void process. Establish and develop effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders of A2Dominion. Assist other Lettings Teams, to cover re-let patches whilst other Lettings Consultants are on leave and other roles as required. Responsible for resolving customer queries promptly, including liaison with the A2Dominion Operational Teams, residents, Local Authorities, and void contractors as required.Knowledge, skills and competencies Essential Desirable Qualifications/training Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A - C) AKnowledge and skills Experience of working in a customer focused environment A/I Experience working with allocations and lettings service A/I Knowledge of Government legislation of homelessness and lettings. A/I Knowledge of Choice Based Lettings A/I Knowledge of the technical aspects of void maintenance.
