Sanjay Vadhera, owner of Right at Home Ealing, Hounslow, Hammersmith and Fulham, shares his vision for enhancing care services and community impact.

Right at Home Ealing, established a year ago, has already earned recognition for its commitment to quality care, receiving a 'Good' rating by the Care Quality Commission.

Sanjay tells Nub News: "The majority of people wish to stay in their own homes when ill health occurs or when they need some assistance with their daily lives. Right at Home recognises the need for high-quality, reliable home care, and we will strive to ensure that our clients keep their independence and live fulfilled lives for as long as possible."

With a background in strategic finance and a passion for community service, Sanjay promises not only to maintain but to elevate the standard of care and support for adults and individuals with disabilities in the area.

A former Chartered Accountant, Sanjay has previously worked with the British Transport Police and the Heathrow Airport.

However, his latest role is deeply rooted in a desire to make a difference within Ealing.

"At my age, people normally think about retiring and their pension. I have done a complete U-turn and taken over a franchise so that I can make that small difference in my community. I want to provide jobs and amazing care for adults in their own homes," Sanjay explains.

Beyond his commitment to enhancing local homecare services, Sanjay Vadhera's efforts extend far beyond Ealing. His recent participation in the Sewa Rickshaw Run 2023 in India underscores his dedication to effecting positive change on a global scale.

Embarking on a 2,000km rickshaw journey across India, Sanjay, alongside 107 other participants, worked to raise funds for the refurbishment of a dental unit in Chitrakoot.

The unit provides vital cleft and palate surgeries, offering a lifeline to children in need and empowering them to lead fuller lives.

"As a homecare provider, we're always looking to make a difference to our clients' lives, and this challenge is a natural extension of that," he reflects.
