My client are a property developer who are based in West London are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team.

Ideally I am looking for a candidate who has worked in Marketing for either a new build developer or an estate agent

Day to day duties:

• Overseeing work of the marketing coordinators & working closely with them
• Website creation and positing on social media
• Dealing with an implementing both signage & brochures for all developments
• Where necessary building good working relationships with external marketing agencies
• Working on to the marketing budget put in place by the board
• Market research - being aware of competitors marketing tools
• Working with the sales team & gaining feedback from them with regards to effectiveness of the marketing tools
• Proof reading and sending out press releases
