Business Development Manager (Technical Event Production)

If you have a successful and consistent sales history within the world of live events and you have proven understanding of the AV requirements that are needed, put on a great production then this will be a role worth investigating.

The has established its reputation for outstanding technical production and creativity in the live events industry, for the beat part of three decades and they continue to support a wide variety of clients productions and event requirements.

Purpose of your Role

Like all good business, standing still with your current client doesn't help growth so your sales and live event experience will put you front and centre of their acquisition efforts.

Your Role

Utilising your event industry network of influencers and decision makers as well as your technical knowledge your role as the Business Development Manager, will be to help consolidate and grow the company's base of clients.

The hunter mentality is needed for this role, you are known as someone who has an eye for an opportunity or two and you have the industry record to reinforce this.

Your comfortable explaining the technical benefits of AV production for a clients event, and you have a proven record of putting together winning pitches and proposals.

About You

  • A background in either event production or exhibitions
  • Knowledge of AV and staging solutions
  • At least 3 years of consistent recent sales success
  • Proven ability to hunt, win new business and grow accounts.
  • You are naturally driven, and the company will be keen to reward your success and support your own growth and career ambitions.
