Role

• Assist senior teachers in the delivery of lessons, supporting students with their understanding of key concepts and ideas
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who require extra help
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain student attentiveness
• Work with students who are eager to learn and achieve high academic standards
• Located in Ealing, with excellent transport links to central London

Requirements

• A 2:1 or higher degree from a Russell Group University
• Previous child-centred experience or educational support is highly desirable
• Confidence in leading sessions with students and communicating effectively
• Resilience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for education
