Role:
- Reporting to the General Manager you will manage a team of drivers and work closely with / manage the customer experience.
- You will be focussed on ensuring the whole customer centered delivery operation is successful and achieves its targets.
- You will identify issues negatively affecting performance and implement corrective action plans to resolve.
- This is a customer centred leadership role, requiring engagement and coaching to improve performance.
Skills / experience required:
- You must have some record of achievement in a customer centred delivery operation.
- You will have the motivation and ambition to continue to achieve and progress.
- You will be a leader who inspires those around you and encourages excellence.
- High volume / fast paced operations experience is preferable.
- Customer experience is preferable.
Remuneration:
40,000 - 55,000 + Bonus + Full benefits package
