We are seeking to recruit a Business Administrator/Receptionist for an office-based role in Ealing.
Job duties:
- Responding to email queries.
- Processing invoices.
- Ordering stock/stationery and keeping inventory.
- Administering of health and safety logs, arranging PAT testing of appliances.
- Front of house duties upon occasion.
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and forwarding to departments/individuals.
Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
We are seeking candidates who possess strong administrative and communication skills.
Salary: From 25,000.00 per year
