At the beginning of November/December 2021 independent air quality monitoring commenced in the vicinity of the Green Quarter, formerly Southall Gasworks. An air quality monitoring station, two additional sensors and diffusion tubes have been installed. CASH is hosting a webinar on air pollution with guest speaker Tim Webb. The aim is to empower attendees to understand what air pollution is, what the data means from the sensors and AQ station in Southall and why air pollution is a health emergency.
