Required for October 2024, St Benedict's School are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Admissions to be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the school's administration process.

A company in London is looking for a senior creative to join its team.

It is a full time role and is offering a 'competitive' pay package.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Ideation: Translating briefs into effective creative ideas, partnering with copy and other departments to make great ideas happen on every brief.
  • Creative support: Support the delivery of great ideas, integrating with departments at key project stages. Be active in helping to manage the resourcing of junior or freelance support.
  • Team development: Contribute to the development of the creative team by proposing opportunities to learn and be active in sharing new knowledge. Support recruitment efforts and guide new team members when required.

Commercial Plumber - £ Competitive

First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with a client who is seeking a Commercial Plumber to join their team in Ealing.

As part of a heating maintenance team the post holder will be expected to provide a comprehensive repairs service to communal heating systems in dwellings.

Responsibilities include:

  • To repair and install commercial heating parts to communal dwellings in client owned properties.
  • Duties include replacing thermostatic valves, circulation pumps, and radiators and associated controls within the dwelling.
  • Repair of pipework within the dwelling and re pipe as required ensuring tenant s disruption is kept to a minimum.
  • Excellent communication between yourself and the tenant to ensure they are kept informed regarding the repair being carried out.
  • Willing to work as part of a team or individually to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage his/her van stock correctly ensuring relevant paperwork is submitted to replenish stock, ensuring first time fix where possible.
  • Ensure mobile PDA device is used correctly at all times and faults reported quickly to your supervisor/manager.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Contract Manager.

Required skills:

  • Minimum 5 years experience.
  • City &Guilds level 2&3 plumbing.
  • Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training.
  • Excellent knowledge of communal plumbing.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work alone and within a team.
  • Certificate of Training Achievement for Working at Height, Manual Handling, First Aid (1-Day), or other (Desirable).
  • Good knowledge of communal heating plant (Desirable).
  • Previous Experience of Supervising a team (Desirable).
  • Keeping up to date technically and applying new knowledge to your role (Desirable).
