About The RoleWe're currently looking for a Team Coordinator to join the Foxtons Talent Acquisition team. As the main entry point for almost every employee starting their journey with Foxtons, you will be joining an integral part of the business, adding support on a number of projects related to Talent Acquisition.The role will primarily involve -Writing & uploading job advertsUpdating spreadsheetsWorking with different departments across the business to understand where new requirements are & making sure these are fed back to the TA teamRight to work checksPreparing new starter documentsOrganising a bi-weekly assessment centreOwnership over the internal referral schemeLooking after the TA team inboxHelping to prepare data for stakeholder meetingsMaintaining the ATS used by the team & helping with regular data cleanse projectsEnsuring the internal job board at Foxtons is kept up to date at all timesYou will be based in our head office at Chiswick Business Park. Once initial training has been completed, the role will involve one day working from home (on a Wednesday). The hours for the position are 8.40am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.About YouThe role will be varied but the team is extremely fast paced. You will need excellent organisation skills as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Strong written English skills are a must and you will be required to have a basic to moderate understanding of Excel. You will be speaking with a vast array of different people from candidates to the Senior Management team, so strong communication skills are also essential.Previous experience in a similar role is not a necessity but you will be required to demonstrate examples of the competencies mentioned above during the interview process.About The CompanyAt Foxtons, we're famous for setting the standard in property.
