Various Support Worker posts in Ealing

This unique service is designed to provide a bespoke service for each member of a small Religious Community. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Sisters are provided with the highest quality of support by facilitating each person to live an independent and fulfilled life. You will support a small team of staff in the governance of this service in an efficient and effective manner in the aims and objectives of the service.

Essential Criteria:

A recognised Health or Social Care qualification L3

Proven experience in exceptional care of the elderly

Proven experience working in a team.

Excellent communication skills

Good organisational skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Maintain confidentiality, honesty, and reliability.

Non-discriminatory and respect for cultural and religious heritage of all people

Be able to work across the 24/7 continuum including sleep overs

Holder of a full UK driving licence would be desirable.

What we offer:

Working patterns are across the 24/7 continuum, example of shifts can be 8am 3pm/ 13.30pm 9pm with occasional sleepovers.

Other benefits:

Hourly rate £15.00 ph.

Annual leave entitlement of 6.6 weeks pro rata, inclusive of bank and public holidays.

An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required for the role and cost will be covered by the Charity.
