Position: Senior Social Worker (SSW) Location: Ealing Pay: £38.50 per hour Office Requirement: 1 day per week Duty Requirement: 1 week in every 5

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload, delivering high-quality social work services.
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals/agencies to meet the identified needs of children, young people and their families including the MASH Service, Police and Education Services
  • Attending to Section 47 enquiries
  • Attend the office for 1 day each week.
  • Participate in a duty rota, covering one week in every five.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support and safeguard vulnerable individuals.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience.
  • Registration with the appropriate regulatory body (e.g., Social Work England)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of social work principles and practices.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
