Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Shift: 1 x Perm Early Shift and 1 x Perm Late Shift.

Location: Ealing, London

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading FMCG manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality products in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The business are committed to investing in their people and processes to ensure operational excellence. The business are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to maintain and improve the onsite manufacturing equipment. You will be working in a dynamic team and will perform planned and reactive maintenance, ensure minimal downtime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills required for maintenance engineer:

  • Holds a recognised electrical engineering qualification (e.g., HNC, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
  • Strong background in electrical maintenance within an FMCG or manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with PLCs (troubleshooting skills are advantageous).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
