Mobile Fabric Technician West London Up to £39,000 + Overtime

Are you an experienced Mobile Fabric Technician with a carpentry qualification looking for a new challenge? We have an excellent opportunity to join a leading FM provider working on a prestigious corporate contract across West London.

The Role:

As a Mobile Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance across multiple corporate sites. You will be working within a professional facilities team, ensuring high standards of building fabric maintenance, including carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, and general repair works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites
  • Perform carpentry repairs and installations, including doors, frames, locks, and furniture
  • Conduct general building fabric maintenance, including tiling, patch plastering, and basic plumbing tasks
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Liaise with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality service

Requirements:

  • Carpentry qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
  • Experience in PPMs and reactive maintenance within a commercial or corporate environment
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Good knowledge of health & safety regulations
  • Ability to work flexibly, including overtime when required
