Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join our client and their dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will focus on the maintenance and repair of Air Conditioning systems, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on Air Conditioning systems, including those from Daikin, Mitsubishi, and Samsung, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Repairs: Diagnose and repair faults in Air Conditioning systems promptly and effectively.
• Testing: Conduct system tests and performance checks to ensure systems are operating correctly.
• Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with F-Gas regulations and company health and safety policies.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
• On-Call Rota: Participate in the weekend work and on-call rota, with additional payments for on-call duties.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other engineers and support staff to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Must hold a valid F-Gas certification.
• Experience: Proven experience working with major Air Conditioning brands, particularly Daikin, Mitsubishi, and Samsung.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and related electrical systems.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Training: Manufacturer-specific training and certifications (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi, Samsung).
• Knowledge: Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) and energy management.
