SANZA Teaching Agency are currently working with a 1-form entry school with a lovely close-knit, family feel who are seeking a teaching assistant to work 1:1 with a boy in year 5.

The school is located in the London Borough of Ealing, conveniently located close to both the Central Line East (Acton station) and the Overground (Acton Central station)

The child has Autism and displays challenging behaviour. The child responds well to a strong, supportive adult and is able to model appropriate behaviour when he has boundaries and a trustworthy adult to assist him

About you

• Have previous experience as a teaching assistant
• Have previous experience working with SEND (Autism) and challenging behaviour
• Have a strong ability to build rapport
• Be able to enforce routine and boundaries
• Be a positive role model
• Be fun and engaging and want to get involved with teaching and learning and make a positive contribution all- round
• Embrace and celebrate diversity
