Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a substantial amount of experience working with children with additional needs?I am currently recruiting for mainstream schools in West London who are looking to appoint an experienced 1-1 Teaching Assistant. This job is ongoing and to start ASAP , with a chance of continuing into the new year for the right candidate.This role will be a 1-1 support role with a child at Key Stage 2 level; so experience in ks2 would be ideal. You will be working with one child in a full class capacity to ensure they remained focus and get the attention and support necessary to help them progress within their school life.The role is based at a lovely school with a friendly environment, they have structure and an EHCP in place and have a solid SENCO in school to ensure support is provided and new ideas are put forward to follow the child's progress. The ideal candidate for this role would have experience working with children or with people who have additional needs. KS2 experience would be ideal, but this is not essential.
