As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive place for students to learn. Position: Teaching Assistant Location: Hayes Salary Scale: £83-90 Contract Type: Full-time Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

  • Help with Lesson Planning: As a Teaching Assistant, you'll support teachers in creating fun and interesting lessons that engage students.
  • Provide Individual Support: You'll give personalized help to students or small groups, addressing their unique learning needs.
  • Build Positive Relationships: Your role includes forming supportive connections with students to boost their well-being and encourage them to participate actively.
  • Support Classroom Behaviour: You'll assist in using effective strategies to manage behaviour and maintain a positive classroom environment.
  • Work Together for Improvement: You'll collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience for everyone.
