Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant with bahaviour management experience

TimePlan Education are recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant to support a group of children with PMLD and challenging behaviours. Your role will be to support a small group of children in KS3 and you will be working on a full-time basis with the opportunity of getting a permanent contract with the school after three terms.

The school is a secondary PMLD school in Ealing which is known for its dynamic team and supportive SLT. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop in their role very quickly and they will receive continues training.

Job Requirements

• Experience in supporting children or young adults with SEND is desirable but is not essential.
• Calm and empathetic.
• Good behaviour management.
• Valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
• Available 5 days a week and able to commit to at least 2-6 months.
