Role Purpose:To work as a collaborative team member under the direction of the Headteacher, contributing to high-quality teaching and learning practices and promoting high achievement standards.

Tradewind Recruitment seeks an EYFS teacher to join a progressive, inclusive 2-form entry school in Ealing. This primary school in Southall is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled teacher confident in delivering the EYFS curriculum. Committed to meeting the diverse learning needs of all students, the school strives to close attainment gaps, especially for vulnerable pupils, and actively supports staff well-being through various initiatives. The school also has a large ARP unit supporting SEN students, featuring a sensory room and calm room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding EYFS teaching and foster academic success among pupils, contributing to the broader impact of the academy.
  • Plan structured, engaging lessons aligned with National Curriculum standards and additional curriculum frameworks.
  • Teach and guide students according to their educational needs, setting and evaluating work for both in-class and independent study.
  • Regularly assess and analyze student data to refine teaching practices.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) recognized in the UK
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • Positive, ambitious attitude toward student learning
  • Full-time availability from April to July 2025
