To work under close supervision of current manager who is becoming area manager / consultant

35k-40k p.a depending on experience with option of a 4 day working week

Main responsibilities: To be committed and responsible for delivering effective safeguarding throughout the setting and be the designated safeguarding lead. To ensure the setting complies with all relevant legislation, local authority and Ofsted requirements. To manage and continuously monitor and improve the high standards of the learning, development and assessment of the children within the setting. To effectively oversee the day-to-day operational duties of the nursery within the vision of long-term development goals.

Education & Qualifications Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent. Paediatric First Aid

Skills & Attributes In depth knowledge of the EYFS. Excellent communication skills with staff, parents and children. Empathy and understanding of children under five
