Chemistry Teacher

A well respected school based in Ealing are looking for a Chemistry teacher.

School are looking for someone to start on a long term contract until at least July 2025.

This position is full time. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Salary will match inner London MPS/UPS.

School has available parking spaces.

Chemistry Teacher - Ealing

  • Deliver expert chemistry instruction, guiding students through scientific concepts, principles, and experimental techniques while emphasising real-world applications.
  • Support students' scientific development by fostering curiosity, analytical skills, and critical thinking abilities through diverse experiments and problem-solving opportunities.
  • Encourage lifelong learning by nurturing students' passion for chemistry and developing their confidence in approaching scientific challenges.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that motivates students to reach their full potential, both academically and personally.

Qualifications and Person Specification:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A relevant degree - Chemistry specialisation
  • Excellent subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Approachable and encouraging
