We are looking for a customer service specialist to join our friendly, dynamic team and help us showcase our properties to prospective buyers and tenants.

As a customer service specialist, you will be:

- Conducting viewings of properties with potential customers

- Providing accurate and relevant information about the properties and the local area (which you will be supplied with in advance)

- Answering queries and addressing any concerns the customers may have

- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A positive and enthusiastic attitude

- A keen interest in the property market

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- The availability to work on Saturdays, as well as some weekdays if required
