O Neill and Brennan are currently working with a reputable main contractor who have a number of RC Frame High rise residential projects in the West London area. They currently have a requirement for a Senior Project Manager who has experience of high-rise residential projects and temporary works coordination.

The successful Project Manager will have:

• Prior experience working with Tier 2 contractors or someone frustrated by the pace of Tier 1 s
• Prior experience working on high rise residential schemes
• Temporary Works Coordinator and experience working on logistically difficult jobs
• Steady work history with long stints in each job
