Are you a Project Manager with a background running new build residential developments up to 400 units? Would a 12 month contract with a major UK residential developer be of interest?

Applicants need to have previously worked as a No.1 on new build RC frame volume residential developments; successful applicants will interview/start asap.

The role:

  • Management of site team, sub contractors and trades
  • Overseeing all H&S and QA on site
  • Experience in working with construction programmes and highlighting delays
  • Must be able to chair site meetings with design team and subcontractor
  • Managing the full site time and coordinating production, commercial, design and planning functions
  • Ordering basic supplies to site
  • Strong client/third party stakeholder engagement qualities

Requirements:

  • CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
  • Previously worked as project lead on new build residential schemes 300+ units
  • Able to start asap
