We are looking for a Plasterers to work in Ealing Area for work on a social housing maintenance contract.

This is for a new contract being rolled out for a major housing association

Responsibilities for the Plasterer role:

• Plasterers are required to have NVQ or relevant experience in as a Plasterer in the construction or renovation industry.
• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our client.
• Ensuring all work are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

The successful candidate will be joining a new repairs team in the West London area, some of the jobs may include plastering, boarding and skimming, rendering, decoration, mould treatment and general plastering repairs.

Requirements

• Plastering core strength trade background with some other skills preferably
• A full valid U.K driving license
• Good verbal and written communication
• Experience of working in social housing (desirable)
