Plasterer / Wet TradesJob Type: PermanentStart Date: ImmediatelyLocation: West LondonSalary: £18 - £20 per hourWe have an opportunity for a Plasterer / Wet Trades Operative to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team on a local housing association contract.Responsibilities:Undertaking all plastering tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner always affording excellent customer service to the client.Undertaking patch and larger plastering works, decorating, tiling and associated or other minor maintenance tasks.Using a PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.Liaising with Supervisors/schedulers in a timely manner when works are unable to be completed on a first visit, providing detailed information to allow works to be programmed in.Affording excellent customer service to residents, client and colleagues.Requirements:Full UK Driving LicenceCity & Guilds/ NVQ in Plastering OR Plasterer CSCS CardAsbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAPBasic Criminal Record CheckBenefits:A company van and fuel card (business use only)If you have a passion for high quality repairs and previous experience within a reactive repairs role servicing social housing, please apply or contact Leah for further information.LON123
