We're searching for someone proactive, with an excellent grasp of team dynamics, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to present vital information across different levels.As a Health and Safety Manager, your duties will include: - Acting as a health and safety advisor for multiple projects. - Keeping teams updated with the latest developments and ensuring best practices. - Providing advice to site and project managers to help meet business goals. - Developing, implementing, and auditing the health, safety, and welfare management system. - Overseeing risk management, incident reporting, and investigation.You should hold a NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety, or its equivalent.
