I'm Italian and I was born in the Dolomites Alps where outdoor activity was my daily routine now I'm living in Ealing.

I am addicted to nature and I want to share this enthusiasm with other like minded people who also feel a sense of pure joy and euphoria when spending time outdoors.

The tranquility of nature gives a state of well-being, improves mood, memory, improves concentration and productivity, stimulates creativity, improves the quality of sleep and can relieve stress and worries.

The group is open to all levels. I am waiting for you to explore nature together.

At the moment I've started to organise walks in London and I will do more hiking in the English countryside.

I will also be looking to do a hiking trip to Italy in 2021 where we shall be enjoying Italy's amazing food, wine and rolling hills.
