Events coming up in Ealing

Thursday: Responses to Immigration – lecture by Jonathan Oakes

This talk looks at how residents of Ealing have reacted towards arrivals from overseas in the 1920s to the 1970s. Many people from Asia and Africa arrived in Ealing in this period, especially after 1945 and this was an unprecedented influx. Residents responded to the new arrivals in many different ways, from hostility to acceptance to being welcoming.

Thursday: Family Fun Day

A day of sports, games, arts & crafts and more for the family to enjoy at Southall Manor House.

Saturday: Horsenden Festival of Nature

At its inaugural Festival of Nature, Horsenden will be a hub of activity for the whole family to enjoy.

Nature based activities, talks and excursions to the meadows, orchards and woodlands, live music, beer from Perivale Brewery and pizza from Horsenden Loaf are just some of the things in stores at this wonderful family day out.

Saturday: Greenford Quay's Canal Festival
