Ealing Croquet Club is holding a series of 'Pay and Play' sessions on their lawns in lovely Lammas Park. Croquet is a fascinating sport suited to all ages: it provides mental challenges but isn't physically demanding - and being a game that up to four people can play while still being socially distanced, it's perfect for the current situation .

If you've played before, you can follow the rules that you already know, or you can be taught an easily learned version known as 'golf croquet'. Either way, the aim will be to hit balls through hoops, with the winner being the player(s) scoring the most hoops. Club members will be on hand to help.

WHAT YOU NEED

We will provide mallets and balls; the only thing we ask is that you wear flat shoes such as trainers which won't damage the lawn surface. We play in most weathers, so make sure you have waterproof clothing if rain is likely!

Sessions last one hour and can accommodate up to 8 people per session. For groups larger than 8 people please contact us directly. All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (accompanying adults do not have to play but are encouraged to!).
