Events coming up in Ealing
Thursday: Northala Fields Bat Walk
Join Sean and some bat pack helpers on an evening bat walk at Northala Fields, meeting at 9pm outside the fishing club buildings by the main lakes in the centre of Northala Fields, UB5 6UR.
You'll get the chance to use a handheld electronic bat detector to listen to bats as they echolocate at ultra high frequencies to find food. At this time of year you may even see young bats learning to fly and hunt.
All ages welcome, under 16s to be accompanied by an adult. Northala Fields is very accessible with tarmac or hoggin paths around the fishing lakes where most bat action takes place.
Thursday: Mute
This captivating production on stage at The Questors Theatre explores the evolution of a relationship after one partner undergoes a life-altering illness. How does control shift, when the other is faced with the weight of responsibility?
Gripping and moving in equal measure, this profoundly human story dares to ask: what impact does recovery have on two people, once madly in love?
Thursday: Summer Live at Ealing Broadway
'Summer Live' stage in Town Square will play host to fantastic live music every Thursday afternoon and evening, starting on 21st July from 3-7pm.
Shop 'til you drop while listening to south-west London rock band WHN, Tony Bowen, singer-songwriter Emily Lee and the up-and-coming Lisa Marini.

Friday: Luna Cinema – Belfast
This summer's Luna Cinema programme includes the semi-autobiographical award winner 'Belfast' at Chiswick House & Gardens on Friday.
This year marks the triumphant return of Hollywood cinema to the big screen, and what better way to catch a recent blockbuster or re-visit a firm favourite than on our giant screens in a beautiful open-air setting?

Saturday: Peter Pan (The True Story) by Captain James Hook
We all know the adventures of Peter Pan, but what if we saw the story from another perspective? Captain Hook and his pirates have kidnapped Wendy! But Wendy cleverly turns her interrogation into a storytime adventure, making Hook "begrudgingly" play the part of Peter Pan. Will he get swept up in the play? Can Wendy outsmart him? Can she escape "Peter Pan: the True Story, by Captain James Hook"? Join us on this wonderful adventure to Neverland!
Saturday: Luna Cinema – Pretty Woman
Luna Cinema programme turns to the classic rags-to-riches story 'Pretty Woman' on Saturday.
Round up your friends and family or get planning a special date night and head to Chiswick House & Gardens for some al fresco cinema under the stars.
Saturday & Sunday: Ealing Blues Festival 2022
The founding of Britain's first dedicated electric blues club - The Ealing Blues Club on March 17 1962 by Alexis Korner & Cyril Davies was to be the catalyst which sparked the Blues boom of the '60s and subsequently British Rock Music. Mojo Magazine has described Ealing as: 'The Cradle of British Rock Music'. The Ealing Blues Festival, which started in 1987 celebrates this heritage and is now London's longest running Blues Festival.
Sunday: Healing Comedy Club at The Grange Pub
Healing Comedy Club are back with a regular comedy show, fortnightly Sundays, at the place where it all started, the Grange Pub Ealing!
Expect the usual craziness and uplifting vibes to make you feel good.
