Catch the new releases including:

D'Artagnan (15) Until 11 May (excl. Mon & Tue). See website for dates and times. D'Artagnan, left for dead after trying to save a young woman from being kidnapped arrives in Paris. He tries by all means to find his attackers, unaware that his quest will lead him to the heart of a real war where the future of France is at stake. Allied with Athos, Porthos and Aramis, three musketeers of the King with an audacious contempt for danger, D'Artagnan faces the dark machinations of the Cardinal of Richelieu.

The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry (12A) Until 4 May (excl. Mon & Tue). See website for dates and times. A story of rediscovery and transformation, a man in 60s (Jim Broadbent) living a quiet life with his wife (Penelope Wilton), learns that a friend of his dying. When in he pops out to post his friend a letter, he changes his mind and decides to walk 500 miles to visit her in the hospice where she is staying instead. This is a beautiful and funny adaptation of the bestselling novel by Rachel Joyce.

Vermeer: The Greatest Exhibition (PG) Thurs 11 May, 6pm (sold out, extra performance on Sun 21 May, 2pm) This film documentary invites audiences to a private viewing of the largest collection of Vermeer's masterpieces including Girl with a Pearl Earring, The Geographer and The Milkmaid. Exhibited at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam the film also looks at Vermeer's creative process.

For Children and Families:

Mummies (U) Sat 6 – Sun 7 May, 1pm. The film follows the fun adventures of three Egyptian mummies who live in an underground secret city, hidden in ancient Egypt. The trio includes a princess, a former charioteer, and his younger brother along with their pet baby crocodile.

The Story Game (6+ Years)

Sun 7 May, 3pm

Andrew Barnett-Jones is going to tell you a story – but he has no idea what it is. No title, no characters, not a single word in his head. Instead, with your help, he'll be playing The Story Game, creating a hysterically funny, wildly creative story from a handful of words, a roll of the dice and his own roller coaster imagination.

Katarzyna Depta-Garapich's exhibition, Excursion takes the theme of the bear in Poland's Tatra Mountains and its pop-culture image as represented by a 'white bear' - a mascot that entertains tourists on the main street of Zakopane, Poland.
