St Benedict's students, staff and teachers celebrate an "excellent" set of GCSE results for 2024.

The Ealing school say they have "once again achieved excellent GCSE results this year."

64.8% of exams were graded 9 to 7 (A*/A) with 9 students achieving straight nine to 8 (A*) grades, 'reflecting the positive academic upward trajectory.'

This morning (22 August) pupils, staff and parents gathered to celebrate the sustained academic excellence across all subjects, demonstrating the hard work, dedication and commitment shown throughout their studies.

With students now ably equipped to progress to the next stage of their education, training or employment, St Benedict's say it looks forward to welcoming many of them back to the Sixth Form to continue their studies across a range of A Level subjects.

Headmaster, Joe Smith, said of this year's strong set of results: "I am very pleased with the GCSE results which our Year 11 students have achieved this year.

"42.5% of grades were 9 or 8, which represents a slight increase on last year's outcomes.

"My congratulations to the young people who have achieved these excellent results, alongside contributing to the school in a myriad of other ways over the course of the year.

"I wish them well for their future studies, be it at St Benedict's or elsewhere."
