Northfields Estate Agents are looking for a Sales Negotiator for their Northfields branch – the most successful of their four West London offices.

So even if you have never worked in the estate agency industry before, but love dealing with people and are excited about working under pressure and to targeted deadlines, you are encouraged to apply.

The right candidate will have the following attributes:

• Energy and enthusiasm

• Rapport building skills

• A friendly, helpful nature

• A willingness to learn

• A thirst for success

• A full, clean UK driving license

The role is full-time, with a six-month guarantee basic wage of £23,000 p/a (including car allowance.)

There's also free healthcare WPA top-up policy after six months, annual all-expenses-paid trip abroad for top performers and realistic commission dependent on performance, between £34,000 to £38,000p/a.
