HANWELL'S Greenford Avenue Post Office will reopen its doors to the community on June 24.

The branch closed temporarily in March 2020 following the resignation of the former Postmaster.

A new Postmaster will reopen the branch at the existing premises on 348 Greenford Avenue.

The Post Office will be open seven days a week and customers of the main UK banks can access their accounts at the new branch.

The services on offer will include bill payment, cash withdrawals, foreign currency, postage, home shopping collections and returns.

Mohammed Islam, Post Office Network Provision Lead, said: "We are delighted to soon be restoring a full-time Post Office to the Greenford Avenue area of Hanwell, as we know how important Post

Office services are to a community."

The opening hours will be 9am – 6pm Monday to Saturday and 11am – 4pm on Sundays.
