Two men charged following assault at petrol station in Ealing

TWO men have been charged with assault following an attack on two men at a petrol station in Greenford, that left one of the victims with serious facial injuries.

The two men were arrested on Wednesday, February 3 and charged the following day.

Joseph Brown, 25, of Navigator Drive, Southall and Thomas Brown, 20, of Wulfstan Street, Shepherd's Bush were both charged with grievous bodily harm and actual bodily harm.

They were both remanded to appear in custody at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on February 4 and are now due to appear at Isleworth Crown Court on March 4.

Joseph Brown is still in custody, while Thomas Brown has been released on bail.

The attack took place on November 20 2020 and left one of the victims with a fractured cheekbone, nose, eye socket and jaw and needing facial reconstruction surgery.

Detectives had appealed to the public in helping them to identify the two attackers, who have now been both been charged.
