From Friday 20 to Monday 23 October 2023, HS2 will be carrying out works to remove a pipe on Park Royal Road, therefore having to close.

HS2 says they will be removing an over pumping pipe, situated above ground on Park Royal Road.

The pipe is no longer required as the sewer lining works are now complete.

The road closure will begin on Friday 20 October at 10pm until 5am on Monday 23 October 2023.

The footpath will also remain closed until 23 October 2023.

This comes as HS2 launched an 316-tonne machine component that will dig its way under west London earlier this week.
