An opportunity to invest in the retail and leisure hub at Dickens Yard in Ealing has arisen.

St George PLC, a member of the Berkeley Group, appointed Knight Frank to market the 91,000 sq ft commercial and leisure space in Ealing Broadway shortly after the long-awaited Elizabeth Line opened in May.

Ealing Broadway is a key interchange station on the Elizabeth line and offers rapid connections to key Central London locations. Liverpool Street is now just 22 minutes away and Canary Wharf is accessible in less than 30 minutes.

Among its current retail tenants are Gail's Bakery, BrewDog, Tonkotsu and Gymbox, while as an area it also links three of Ealing's Victorian landmarks – the Town Hall, the Old Fire Station and the Parish Church of Christ the Saviour.
