An application has been put forward to Ealing Council for the conversion of an office and garage into three new flats in Acton
Planning By Design propose to retain part of an office on Park Parade, Acton but convert the vacant back office and garage into one studio with the upper floors maisonette into two flats.
Currently the site is a three storey, mid-terrace property, with a converted loft space and basement located on the east side of Park Parade.
The site forms part of a primary shopping frontage, within a mixed-use area of commercial and residential properties.
Planning By Design state: "The proposal offers a suitable development proposal and will deliver significant social and economic benefits to this area while not resulting in any detrimental harm.
"The proposal will contribute to the housing mix whilst retaining Class E office space. The site is within a sustainable location with services, amenities, and public transport readily available."
Work is expected to begin in December of this year and finish by February 2025.
The application is in its consultation phase which ends on 3 December. To read the full application click here.
