A man in his 60s is fighting for his life in hospital after being the victim of vicious assault in Hanwell on Sunday 19th March. 

Police were called to the junction of Uxbridge Road and Boston Road at 12.50am and have cordoned off the junction since as a crime scene has been established. 

Three men have been arrested in relation to the incident and are remanded in police custody and Police are requesting any witnesses to the incident come forward.

In a statement, they said: "Any witnesses or anyone with any information is asked to call police on 101 and give reference 327/19Mar. 

"Alternatively, contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
