You will be leading a team to maximise sales and profits within the store, whilst creating an exciting and energetic atmosphere for both colleagues and customers.

Ideally, you will have a good track record in service-driven retail business and working in a demanding retail environment.

They ask that you inspire, coach and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers come back time and time again.

The Ealing store is also looking for a full-time Store Assistant Manager.

The role is full-time, 39 hours per week and boasts a 'competitive' salary.
