High Speed Two (HS2) will be carrying out works in Hanger Lane between 18 and 25 February 2024.

The works consist of trial hole investigation which mean digging a temporary trench to confirm the location of utilities under the surface of the road.

This will help HS2 understand the best ways to protect or divert any utilities during construction of its London Tunnels.

Utility services will not be affected during the works.

HS2 works at West Gate, Hanger Lane will begin this weekend (credit: HS2).

To ensure the safety of the public and its staff, temporary changes will be in place on Hanger Lane which will include lane closures and footpath closures.

The works will be between the hours of 10pm to 5am and last a week.
