WEST Ealing is the latest station in Ealing Borough that has undergone a renovation in the lead up to the launch of the Elizabeth line.

It comes after a series of upgrade works at both Acton Main Line and Hanwell stations in recent weeks, while work at Ealing Broadway station is due to be completed soon.

West Ealing now has step-free access to platforms, improving accessibility for those needing to travel.

The station will be one of 41 step-free stations on the Elizabeth line which is due to open next year.

Network Rail has built an accessible footbridge with lifts to all platforms and a new bay platform for Greenford branch trains was created by widening Platform 4.
