Foxtons buys Ealing estate agency's lettings book

LONDON'S biggest estate agency, Foxtons has purchased Acton based Aston Rowe's lettings book for £2.2 million.

Foxtons announced the acquisition on LinkedIn: "We're delighted to announce the acquisition of independent estate agent Aston Rowe.

"As the capital's largest full-service lettings agent, these transactions demonstrate our ongoing commitment to further expanding our network across London and the Home Counties."

Aston Rowe was established in 2011 by Billy Rowe and Luke Simpson and has two offices, in Acton and Brook Green.

The lettings book comprises of 689 tenancies and 10 employees, with the sales operation not included within the deal and will remain independent.

Foxtons says Aston Rowe's lettings book will fit well with its existing business model and branch network "due to the high level of customer service and strong growth record.

"It is expected that this transaction will be earnings enhancing in 2021."

Foxtons has its own Ealing office at 54 The Mall.
