ALTHOUGH the lifting of the final coronavirus restrictions was pushed back by four weeks, there are still plenty of events going on in Ealing.

Our top pick for this week is Aaron Simmonds' Brighton Fringe Preview at the Healing Comedy Club in Dickens Yard.

Five years ago Aaron was given a nickname based solely on being in a wheelchair, which is upsetting as there is much more to him than his disability.

The most annoying thing? It's a really cool nickname.

Hot Wheels is a show all about the positive side of being disabled, from having a blue badge to disabled toilets to meeting "Jesus" and everything between.

Aaron Simmonds was a BBC New Comedy Award finalist in 2017 and won Jewish Comedian Of The Year in the same year.

His credits include:

The Stand Up Sketch Show (ITV2)

BBC At The Edinburgh Festivals (BBC Two),

The Edinburgh Show (BBC Scotland),

Unexpected Fluids podcast (BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra)

Laura Whitmore's Sunday Session (BBC Radio 5 Live)

The comedy show takes place on Thursday, June 17, at 6:30pm.

Entry is free and you can pay what you want bucket at the end of the performance.

You can also bring your own booze!
