AN Acton nutrition & lifestyle coach is set to host a free feel good for life challenge aimed at 'busy mums' next week.

Jo Fazel qualified as a nutrition & lifestyle coach right before the start of the pandemic last March, so she's had to find a way of helping people despite the coronavirus restrictions.

Her work is focused on helping people make small nutrition and lifestyle changes that will help improve their health.

She will be hosting a five-day feel good for life challenge next week (starting on June 21), where 'busy mums' can learn how to "reshape their mindset, bust through the barriers that have held them back and confidently implement small, achievable healthy habits to get them taking action and feeling good for life."

She usually works with clients on a one-to-one basis but thought this challenge would be a great way to help as many people as possible.

There will also be a Facebook community support group for all the women that take part where they can support each other through the challenge.

The challenge will take place virtually, with Jo hosting live training videos on Facebook every day.

She told Ealing Nub News: "Training each day should take 15 minutes or less as it's tailored towards women who live busy lives.

"The videos will then be uploaded on the Facebook group for those who couldn't watch it live and need to catch up."

The challenge will last from June 21 to 25; to sign up, click HERE.
