Ealing Police appeal for information following serious collision in Acton

POLICE are appealing for dashcam footage and witnesses following a collision where a pedestrian was seriously injured in Acton.

Officers were called to the scene on The Vale at around 8am on July 1, to reports of a collision involving a cyclist and a pedestrian.

A 67-year-old woman was treated at the scene by paramedics and was then taken to hospital, as she sustained life changing injuries.

It was reported that the victim was crossing at the traffic lights when an unknown cyclist hit her.

Anyone with any information or dashcam footage is asked to call 101 and quote the reference number CAD5292/7July.
