Ealing Picturehouse opened its eight screens to the community after 15 years without a dedicated cinema.

The cinema features 900 seats, two bars and communal seating spaces for customers to enjoy.

He said: "Ealing have been waiting for this stunning development to replace the old Empire.
"Ealing Council have also been very supportive in delivering the cinema during difficult moments we experienced."
Different to multiplex cinemas like VUE and Odeon, Ealing Picturehouse focuses on "exquisitely chosen" films and food & drinks for customers to enjoy.
Clayden said: "It's an amazing environment with intelligent choices of films, food and drink for adults and families to enjoy."
He added: "We work closely with our suppliers with sustainability and flavour at the heart of our range of products for customers.
"We have fantastic fair-trade coffee from Grumpy Mule and beer from our partners Camden Brewery and Two Tribes."
Ealing Picturehouse is unique in that it is the only branch out of the 27 across the country to have a Changing Places facility.
This allows customers who may need extra support, more accessibility when using a toilet.
Jon Perry, head of operations said: "Changing Places is a toilet with more space and functions which removes friction for customers while they are at Ealing Picturehouse.
He added: "I live in Ealing, and I've been waiting for a cinema and finally it's here for residents to come and enjoy."
Ealing Picturehouse screens come equipped with 4K projectors, Dolby sound systems and manually retractable cushion chairs with a table for food and drink.
The cinema company also has a wide range of memberships for customers to receive discounts and a founding member option which will see the first 1000 people who sign up, have their names integrated onto the Founders' Wall at the site.
Clayden said: "We already have some founding members who have joined online, and they will be put in our Ealing Founders' Wall.
"This is another way that people can feel a part of Ealing Picturehouse."
